Busch VE101

Premium vacuum pump lubricant

APPLICATION

Busch VE101 is specially designed as a universal lubricant for use in vacuum pumps operating in

the low and middle vacuum domain (100 mbar to 10- mbar). The product is suitable for all processes, but should not be used when corrosive gases or vapours are involved in the extraction process.

PROPERTIES

Busch VE101 is characterized by low vapour pressure, which makes the product suitable for

working pressures of approx 100 mbar to approx 10- mbar. The product has a high viscosity index, because of which, viscosity changes are relatively small when the temperature changes.

Because of the good oxidation stability, Busch VE101 is suitable for use at high temperatures. Because of this, Busch VE101 had a longer life span than conventional lubricants.

Busch VE101 has an excellent water separating capacity. Water in the oil, as a result of forming of condensation, can easily be drained. Because of this, corrosion is prevented and the oil maintains its lubricating properties.

COMPOSITION

Busch VE101 consists of special selected mineral base oils that received a special treatment.
